Personality Nate can be categorized as the perfect Jack Ass when he wants to be. There isnt a teacher or an adult thats come in contact with him that wouldn't say he's got issues with authority. He likes to be the center of attention quite often, and more often than not he just naturally can make it that way. Sometimes he's wild and crazy, hanging off ceiling fans and jumping off furniture, or he's snoring loudly at the back of the class, trying to sleep off a hangover.
He really doesn't give a damn about school or about anyone but his close friends and the occasional girlfriend he's had, which seems to be someone new every weekend. He's gotten into fistfights and although he's the the model fighter, he's been able to land a few punches. His temper gets the better of him if someone threatens or insults someone he cares about. However, if someone threatens or insults him, he usually just laughs it off.

Family His dad, Max Harris. A car salesman. His older brother James, a lawyer.
Friends He has several in his neighbored at home. A lot of them are gang members, and a few are bikers from the bike arena he used to hang out at.
History Nate was born in the suburbs and from there he's had to figure out how to be streetwise. Luckily it came naturally to him. His mother died when he was born and his father always resented him for it. From a very early age, Nate was a smart ass in school, and the teachers would get so exasperated the principal's office became his second home. He made friends with tough characters, who took a shining to Nate just because he had such a likeable personality.
One of the turning points in Nates life was when he pushed a teacher to the limits in fourth grade so badly that the teacher lied on all his assessment tests and convinced his father that Nate needed to be held back a grade. Horrified and humiliated, Nate had to suffer through fourth grade all over again and had been back a year ever since. Even so, he's made friends with kids in all the grades and hardly anyone noticed he was supposed to be a year ahead.
It was his freshman year that the symbol was noticed on his body. The Symbol of Ares, god of war. He'd always thought it was just a weird birthmark. He's been at Mythology Academy for over a year now, and the interesting things he's learning he brushes off just like most of the stuff he's been taught. He continues to party all night and try to sleep all day...
